He Lives!
No Time In History could have Been More Terrible
Than those Bleak Hours
Between Late Friday Afternoon
When Jesus Breathed His Last Breath
and Early Sunday Morning.
It Appeared that Satan had Gained the Upper Hand.
The Messiah Was Dead,
His Followers Scattered.
Everything the Disciples Staked Their Lives
and Reputations On
Was Gone,
Buried With Jesus.
Than at Dawn Sunday Morning,
when The Two Mary’s Went To Visit Jesus’ Tomb,
The Earth Shook Violently,
and The Angel Of The Lord Appeared
and Rolled Back The Stone
That had Sealed The Entrance.
The Tomb Was Empty!
For The 40 Days Following His Resurrection,
Jesus Appeared To the 11 Remaining Disciples
And Over 500 Witnesses.
Then He Ascended Into Heaven.
Without The Resurrection,
There Would Be No Hope For Humanity.
It Is The Ultimate Proof
That Jesus Conquered Sin And Death.
Take Time to Consider
the Meaning Of the Resurrection
For Your own Life.
Satan has Been Defeated,
and You No Longer have to Live Under the Penalty
and Power Of Sin.
