Dear Jesus,
Satan is always present.
He tries to take my heart away
from its dedication to You.

My Lord,
I am so little.
I can’t do it myself.
I can’t always stay free
from the path of evil.
I make mistakes.
I sin.
But I love You,
and I don’t want to lose You
and the inheritance You won for me.

When temptations threaten
my relationship with You,
help me,
Lord.
Show me the way out.
Show me the truth.
Don’t let me forget.
Don’t let me lose sight of You.
You are all I have
that I am guaranteed.
