With You I Am Strong
PRAY:
Dear Jesus,
You suffered so much
to save me from the clutches of evil,
and You are all powerful.
By virtue of Your Passion,
I beg You
to be my force against evil.
I am weak,
Lord,
but I thank You for my weakness.
If I had been mighty,
I might not be as quick to realize
how much I need Your strength.
I want to depend on You.
My little crosses are so much easier to bear
when I have Your help to carry them.
And Your help is
what gives my crosses meaning and value;
if You didn’t help me carry them,
they would be useless
because they wouldn’t be united
with Your Passion.
