Listen With Your Heart
Listen with your heart if you would hear
Harmony in those things near and dear,
Melody of memory’s distant bells,
Song of hope that from the spirit wells.
Listen with your heart in quietness;
Yield your tired mind to the caress
Of healing thoughts of lovely things and fair,
The silent, gentle canticle of prayer.
Listen with your heart if you would be
At joyous one with God’s great symphony.
